James Norton (Happy Valley, Grantchester) is joining season 3 of House of the Dragon. He will play Ormund Hightower, Lord of Oldtown. His character, who is the cousin of Alicent and was mentioned but not seen last season, “is presently leading the Hightower host in a march on King’s Landing to support his house against Rhaenyra.”
