Tom Welling, best known for playing Clark Kent on all 10 seasons of WBTV’s Smallville, was arrested early Sunday in Yreka, CA, the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to multiple sources.
Welling was taken into custody by Yreka police in an Arby’s parking lot just after midnight on Jan. 26. He was booked for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level at or above 0.08%. He was released from custody a couple hours later, according to sheriff’s department records.
His arraignment date is scheduled for the afternoon of March 11.
