Going, going, gone! Gwyneth Paltrow sold her longtime Brentwood, California, house for $22 million, after dropping the price several times.
The Iron Man star originally listed the home for $29.99 million in May 2024, but cut the price to $24.9 million five months later.
Gwyneth originally purchased the single-story 8,000-square-foot home in 2012 with ex-husband Chris Martin. She raised their children, Apple and Moses, in the Mandeville Canyon property following their “conscious uncoupling” in 2014.
The Goop founder’s husband, Brad Falchuk, moved into the home following their wedding in 2018. The couple purchased a 14,000-square-foot mansion in Montecito, California, in 2016 that needed extensive renovations. It will be their Southern California base following the sale of Gwyneth’s Brentwood home. Photos show what the lucky buyer got in the pricey purchase.
