Taylor Swift is speaking out about the devastating fires that have burned across Los Angeles and caused untold damage, and she’s providing information about how to help out.
If you were unaware, large swaths of Los Angeles have been hit hard by out of control blazes over the last week. Many have lost their homes and more.
Celebrities have spoken out about how they are helping, with some donating millions to the cause. On Thursday (January 16), the 35-year-old pop titan became the latest to raise awareness.

Taylor issued a statement via her Instagram story.
“The fires in California have devastated so many families, and it’s been heartbreaking to see these stories unfold,” she wrote. “So much suffering, loss, and destruction. As so many people embark on some of the most challenging times of their lives, there are also many amazing organizations and groups banding together to help these communities rebuild.”
She shared the names of several organizations that she has donated to, including 211 LA, the California Community Foundation Fund and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles.
Another star just recently committed $1 million to the cause.
