Lupita Nyong’o posted a sweet video of herself with her adorable ginger kitty, Yoyo, to celebrate their first year together. The Oscar winner was famously afraid of cats, considering them “suspicious,” prior to starring in A Quiet Place: Day One, where she would be paired up with a cat throughout the film. She even begged the director to consider using a different animal, such as an armadillo, but ended up going through exposure therapy to become more comfortable around them. It obviously worked, as she has since adopted a cat herself and is now a certified Cat Mom.
