-With Wicked being released and fairly loved – the one criticism it has faced is that the film isnt colorful enough.
-Director Jon Chu explains that they wanted the film to look real instead of it being a dream land
-It isnt the first time a fictional world has been “toned” down to bring in the realism, even Penguins name Oswald Cobblepot was changed to Oz Cobb because Matt Reeves found it to unrealistic a name in a world where a man dresses up as a Bat to fight crime.
