Before joining RHOBH, Bozoma worked as the chief marketing officer (CMO) at Netflix for 17 months, according to her LinkedIn. She also served as the CMO at Endeavor for two years and as the chief brand officer (CBO) at Uber for one year. Bozoma also spent three years as the head of global consumer marketing for Apple Music and iTunes at Apple, three years as the head of music and entertainment marketing at PepsiCo and one year as the vice president of marketing and eCommerice at Ashley Stewart. She was also a senior account executive at SpikeDDB for four years.
Bozoma graduated from Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in African American Studies and English in 1999.

Bozoma Saint John Joins ‘RHOBH’ Season 14
Bozoma made her Bravo debut on RHOBH season 14, which premiered on November 19, 2024.
“Coming off a 20-year run as a marketing executive, newcomer Bozoma Saint John is making big moves in her family life,” a press release reads. “In the midst of raising her 15-year-old daughter, Lael, and building her relationship with boyfriend Keely, she’s focused on expanding her family. Smart, successful, and self-made, Bozoma is unafraid to speak her mind. While she and Dorit become fast friends, some of the other women quickly question her allegiance.”
After Bravo announced Bozoma as a cast member in May 2024, the businesswoman took to Instagram to celebrate the big news.
“There’s a BADASS in the HOUSE!” she wrote.
During the season 14 premiere, Sutton Stracke and Dorit Kemsley shared their thoughts on Bozoma.
“Boz and I have met in Beverly Hills, just in the circuit we go to a lot of the same parties, and we’ve had lunches,” Sutton said. “Boz is the real deal. People might pretend to be the boss but she’s the boss.”
Dorit added, “My first impression of Boz is, ‘Wow. OK.’ This is a woman that understands the assignment.”
