Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev have officially called it quits on their two-year marriage.

The Total Bella alum, 40, and Dancing With the Stars alum, 42, reportedly settled their divorce after a mediation session that took place earlier this month, sources told TMZ on Wednesday, November 20.

The former couple settled their divorce more than two months after the former professional wrestler filed divorce paperwork on September 11. Sources told the outlet that the former couple opted to settle their divorce quickly due to mounting legal fees and their desire to move on from the messy situation.

“Nikki’s number one priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter,” a rep for Nikki told TMZ. “She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time.”

The details of the couple’s settlement are unclear, however, Life & Style previously reported both individuals were granted joint custody of their son, Matteo, during an October 15 court hearing.

Nikki’s divorce filing came weeks after Artem’s August 17 arrest on domestic violence charges in Napa Valley, California. The ABC alum was arrested and taken into custody but was released that same day after posting bail. Although the charges were dropped on September 24, Nikki filed for a restraining order against Artem just one week later.

The WWE alum filed the paperwork on September 30, and said in a sworn declaration that her estranged husband allegedly brutalized her, TMZ reported.

In her filing, Nikki claimed that Artem “tackled me multiple times and pinned me to the ground while our child was present.” She also alleged that after Artem was cut from Dancing With the Stars, he became “increasingly angry, snapping at me, and yelling.”

In response, Artem requested a “domestic violence restraining order” against the E! Alum just hours after she filed her own paperwork.

The split only continued to get messier as the Russia native claimed he lost $100,000 to his August domestic violence arrest.

“After the mugshot and the arrest based on her false allegations, I was taken off the website faculty list resulting in loss of over $100K in income, Artem reportedly stated in court documents obtained by the Daily Mail on November 6. “I also lost the social media promotion revenue, which she continues to benefit from as she was more worried about her career when she lied to the police, than mine.”

He also addressed his relationship with Nikki, calling her the abuser in their volatile relationship. “She is the one with the temper. I try to stay quiet and avoid it. She yells, and on August 29 was yelling, pursuing me, and was the one who attacked me,” Artem added. “It is further a lie that I was growing increasingly angry, snapping at her, and yelling. I was not violent with her and did not violently grab or yell at her.”

Artem also alleged that he “couldn’t trust” Nikki “anymore” and alleged that she lied to the police about the events that occurred the day of his arrest.

“Not only did she lie to the police so that her career remains intact, ruining mine, but she used the court proceeding to keep our son away from me for almost a month, not letting me see him until this Court issued its 50/50 orders on August 15, which I am very grateful for,” the documents reportedly read. “Almost a month without Matteo was miserable for me, and I am sure for him as well, and selfish of Wife.”
