Christina Hall doesn’t stay in one place for too long as her booming real estate career demands her to travel all around the country. The TV personality is the star of a few HGTV shows, leading fans to question where she lives in the midst of her busy schedule.
Where Does Christina Hall Live?
The reality star currently lives in Newport Beach, California. In June 2022, Christina and now-estranged husband Josh Hall purchased a sleek and sexy $12 million mansion after tying the knot.
The 7,000-square-foot property features state-of-the-art amenities, including a wooden barrel sauna and a massive outdoor pool.
Christina also spends part of her time in her Tennessee farmhouse while filming Christina In the Country. The Flip or Flop alum purchased the home in 2021 after instantly falling in love with the property.
“This insanely beautiful modern farmhouse had been on the market one day. So, we went and saw it, and I immediately fell in love and made an offer,” she told People in May 2021. “It’s on 23 acres, super private and has everything I could imagine and more.”
Christina’s Newport home is featured in her spinoff show Christina on the Coast, which premiered in 2019.
“Flip or Flop was a house show based on designing houses for the masses — they were always designed so that any person could walk in and like it, and picture themselves living in it,” Christina told Entertainment Tonight in 2019. “Christina on the Coast is designing for other people based on their own style, so it’s much more high design and you’re getting to know other people in the show.”
Why Is Christina Hall Selling Her Tennessee Home?
Christina announced she put her Leiper’s Fork farmhouse on the market for $4.5 million in October 2024 after she and Josh filed for divorce three months earlier.
“Over here waiting for the typical hired PR speech of ‘how I was blindsided and how I’m working on myself and taking time to heal at her ranch’ … Meanwhile, I’m over here not as nice and quiet as I used to be,” Christina wrote in a statement via her Instagram Stories in July 2024 after filing for divorce from Josh. “[I] worked my ass off to build this life for myself and my children. Anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve / what they did NOT work for should be ashamed.”
After their split, Josh moved out of their Newport home and into their Tennessee property.
“My Tennessee home is officially for sale. Excited for a new venture in business & real estate,” she wrote via Instagram Stories at the time.
“Time to go back to reality …” Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog. I guess plans changed,” she wrote in a follow-up slide, seemingly about Josh. “All about trying to take everything you can … with your mind on my money and my money on your mind … bye.”
On October 11, Life & Style confirmed that Josh requested the court to block Christina’s sale of the home after claiming to have an “appreciation interest” in the property.
Days later, an insider exclusively told Life & Style, “There’s no telling how low Josh will stoop to get her money.”
