Instagram followers of Quinta Brunson and the Hulu official account may have noticed photos featuring cast members of Abbott Elementary and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, both comedy shows set in the City of Brotherly Love. Variety confimed what the photos implied: the shows are working on a crossover episode, which has been floated as an idea for some time considering the shared setting.
Abbott Elementary returns next week for Season 4, while It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is currently in the writers’ room for Season 17.
