• A little under a week ago Brittany Mahomes, wife of the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Jackson Mahomes, got caught up in a social media storm after people noticed that she had liked one of Donald Trump’s instagram posts. The post detailed the racist, sexist, and overall disgustingly evil platform he’s running on during this 2024 campaign.
• When called out, Mahomes returned to Instagram and posted a note to her story where she called her critics haters. She wrote, “honestly, to be a hater as an adult you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood. There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well.”
• Over the weekend Mahomes was spotted with her husband at a weekend get together at Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island home. Swift was present, as was Travis Kelce, Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Channing Tatum, and Zoe Kravitz.
• And now Mahomes has seemingly doubled down on her Trump views, with multiple likes on her latest post cheering her on for being so opinionated and even momentarily liking a “Trump-Vance 2024” support comment.
