Joshua Bassett had his album release party on Friday night at Dave & Buster’s in Hollywood.
He invited fans to come out and join him to celebrate the release of his debut album, The Golden Years.
At some point during the night, the DJ played his ex-girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter’s song (“Please Please Please”). The crowd sang along while some laughed, then the DJ awkwardly stopped the song and tried to transition into Chappell Roan’s “Good Luck, Babe!”
The crowd erupted in laughter, then began clapping.

ONTD, has a DJ ruined your own album release party at Dave & Buster’s by playing your ex’s song?
