First of all – Joe Jonas and Stormi Bree have broken up.
Moore (61) and Jonas (34) have mutual friends and have bonded. They were spotted eating lunch together at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France.
One source alleged they were getting romantic, while another denied any ~hanky panky~
They were also spotted dining with Kevin Jonas and Heidi Klum.
Joe is said to be busy working on his solo album.
