After Italian tabloid “Chi” published on its Instagram page a picture of Blake Lively in Capri with her daughters without censoring the kids’ faces
“Absolutely not. Take this trash down”, she wrote in the comments of the now deleted post. “Shame on you for sharing this”. A few hours later, the post was deleted. The picture, taken from afar from a paparazzo, showed the actress on a boat with the kids, seemingly waving happy at the photographers, and Blake clarifies that it’s a fake representation and that they didn’t even see the photographer
Blake is in Italy filming the sequel of “A Simple Favor” by Paul Feig
In Italy it’s largely illegal to publish pictures of minors without censoring their faces – “The publication of photos of minors is lawful only when there is a public interest in knowing the features of the protagonists of the story told, to make the information disclosed complete, or in the presence of the consent of the people portrayed” – so she could sue and I hope she does
