Ryan Coogler & Michael B. Jordan are working together again, this time on a vampire film with a historical setting. Jordan will star, while Coogler has written the script and will direct. Production is scheduled for this summer.
Sony, Warner Bros, and Universal are currently in a bidding war for the project. Deadline reports that the filmmakers are set on a full theatrical rollout, which is why no streamers are in the mix.
