    Shoppers spent $9.8 billion on Black Friday, up 7.5% from last year.

    Big ticket items included smart watches, TV, headphones, Barbie fashionista dolls, robot vacuums, skincare, and coffee makers.

    72% more people are using “buy now, play later” options this year.

    The average online cart had $124 worth of goods in it.

    Malls were emptier, and Cyber Monday is expected to see $12 billion in sales.
