In President Biden’s address to the nation, he said he would ask Congress for $100B in aid over (years period). $60B for Ukraine, and the remaining $40B for Israel, Border Security, and Taiwan.
Biden has already pledged $100M in humanitarian aid to Gaza/Palestinians from already available funds.
Biden likened both conflicts as an attempt by Putin and Hamas to annihilate neighboring borders but emphasized Palestinians aren’t the same as Hamas
Impact so far:
[Spoiler (click to open)] In Gaza: More than 3,700 people have been killed and more than 13,000 have been injured. In Israel, 1,400 people have been killed and 3,500 have been wounded.
