I was bored, so I took a but of a dive on ONTD tags to see the most/least popular subjects
I excluded from the list the general tags (like “Actor/Actress), which are of course the most popular of them all
The TOP 25 most discussed celebrities are:
The Kardashians are #1, the are a lot of them and I remember once (right around the time Kim got married to that athlete) there were so many posts about them that a ONTD referendum was made to ask if they could be banned
Rounding the top 5 are all female singers (Spears, Swift, Gaga, Rihanna), while surprisingly (to me) at pos 6 we have former british pop band One Direction
All those walking posts helped Hilary Duff reach pos 17
Top 25 is in general made of several celebrities that became famous as childs / teenagers (Spears, Cyrus, Lohan, Bieber, Gomez, Aguilera, Jonas, Duff, Lovato, Stewart, Grande, Jackson, One Direction, I don’t remember how old Beyonce was when DC became famous, but I think she was a teenage as well)
The first male celebrity solo is Justin Bieber, at pos 10, followed by Kanye West at 11 – first and only actor in the top 25 is Robert Pattinson at the last place
Out of the top 25 we find: Michael Jackson and his family, Zac Efron, Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Brown, Angelina Jolie, Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z
Top 25 most discussed Movies/TV shows
I excluded “Marvel” and consideret it more like “Disney” or as a production company, more than as the “Avengers” saga, if I had considered that it would have been number one with 4224 posts
At number 1 we find the Twilight Saga, a number that might get higher now that a reboot has been annouced
Second place to Tv show Glee, while the first reality show is American Idol at number 4
Out of the top 25 we find Teen Wolf, The Walking Dead, Lost, Pretty Little Liars, ANTM, The Voice, The Hunger Games and The Flash
What about the least used tags? Please note that I tried to exclude for thislist tags that were recently created

Turns out ONTD does not like to discuss Netflix Shows Patriot Act or Floor is Lava, there are two tags that refer to a defunt “Postcard Project” “ONTD Magazine” and “Meet up“
I don’t know what “boom boom pow’d 09” is
Blackfishing lost a lot of use since Ariana Grande switched race again
Maggie Smith is 88 and doesn’t give us reason to post about her enough (hoping not to jinx her, she better be immortal)
Least used tag list includes also the following celebrities: gordon ramsay, marcia cross,wanda sykes, amber rose, noah wyle, rose mcgowan, andrew w.k.
Sometimes tags were created for specific scadals/event and then never used again
These are the ones I found related to a specific situation/event
IDK what Pariscarriage is and I’m too afraid to click, the best to me are the Marriage Impossible and Sony Leak ones (was there a tag for the Stewart cheating scandal? I couldn’t find it), Domestic Disturbia and Hostage Brituation are just sad
There are so many tags that sometimes are not used because people don’t even know that they exist, so a bit of a list of less used tags that might be used more
