Princess Diana’s black sheep sweater sold for $1.1 million at auction

The sweater was sold during Sotheby’s “Fashion Icons” auction Thursday. Bidding lasted 15 minutes and there were 44 bids. It had had an estimated high bid of $80,000. Princess Diana wore the sweater to a polo match in 1981.
