Kim Zolciak is being taken to court – but it’s not because of her impending divorce in this instance.
The 45-year-old reality star is actually being sued by a credit company for failing to pay $156,000 in charges.

According to legal documents, via ET Canada, Kim is being sued by a debt collection company for the large amount, that includes interest.
The card in question had a limit of $115,000, and it’s reported that Kim stopped making payments on the HSBC/SAKS credit card.
Kim‘s last payment was in September 2022, in the amount of $4,179.
The outlet added that with the 25.49 interest rate, the card is now unusable.
The news of the lawsuit came just a day after Kroy Biermann filed for divorce from Kim for the second time in the span of months.
