Katy Perry jokingly called out her ugly crying face following a moment on American Idol last night, and Kim Kardashian was feeling it.
During Monday night’s episode, Katy got emotional over hearing Jayna Elise join Fire on stage for a duet after Fire‘s original singing partner, Kaya Stewart, had to leave due to a health issue.

Just after Kaya left the competition, Katy put out a call to other competitors to step up and perform with Fire to sing Adam Lambert‘s “What Do You Want From Me”, and Jayna volunteered.
Lionel Richie got emotional as well over the performance, with Katy showing off her “ugly cry” to followers and fans on Instagram.
“hi this is my ugly cry face. watch #idol now to get urs,” Katy joked about it, showing off just her face in a short video.
That’s when Kim replied her, and wrote “we all have one.”
Kim is referencing her infamous ugly cry face that occurred back in 2012 on Kourtney & Kim Take New York. She got emotional over how her feelings had changed for her then husband Kris Humphries.
