Tom Hardy released his new rap album on Friday (August 28)!
The 48-year-old Oscar nominee records under Frankie Pulitzer, and at one point he slips into his recognizable Bane voice during his song “Grim-Visage War.” He played the iconic DC character in The Dark Knight Rises.
He recites a Shakespearean monologue on the track “Grim Visaged War” and includes lots of other comic nods and references throughout the album. He even references Titanic on his song “Gnawing at My Rhyme Like a Poisonous Rat.”
As we previously reported, the actor collaborated with Czarface for his album, Czarface Meets Frankie Pulitzer, with Tom‘s rap persona being Frankie Pulitzer, a.k.a. Face Puller.
The album includes 15 songs and includes features from Method Man, EL-P, and Busta Rhymes.

Tom previously dabbled in music with an unreleased mixtape made in 1999 under the name Tommy No. 1 which was unearthed in 2018. He hasn’t spoken publicly about his rap persona.
After the previous rumors about Tom being fired from his Paramount+ show MobLand, it looks like he will indeed be back for a third season, should the series get renewed.
