Donna Kelce is sharing her first reaction to son Travis Kelce‘s wedding to Taylor Swift.
The 73-year-old mother of the 36-year-old NFL star made an appearance at the 50th Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks on Saturday (July 4) in New York City, just one day after the star-studded nuptials.
She was asked in a video interview for Macy’s about the experience.
“I really can’t say a heck of a lot except it was magical, man. Magical,” she teased in the clip, which you can watch inside.
She also shared a favorite Fourth of July memory involving Travis and brother Jason Kelce when they were young.
“I remember I used to take the boys down to Lake Erie and we would watch the fireworks in Euclid, Ohio, and we had the best time,” she said.
Taylor and Travis were reportedly joined by 1,000 people for the event, which she previously teased was going to be “huge” because they didn’t want to whittle down their guest list and choose between people.
