Colleen Zenk is facing two misdemeanor DUI charges.
The 73-year-old actress, known for roles on The Young and the Restless and As the World Turns, was arrested in May in Naples, Fla.
Documents from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office show that Colleen was arrested on Friday, May 15 following a two-vehicle crash.
She was charged with DUI causing damage to property or another person, and DUI with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or higher, the records revealed, via People.
The arrest report claims a witness said they saw the actress back out of a handicap space in a parking lot near a Tommy Bahama store when she hit another parked car, and then kept going before being stopped shortly thereafter.
She reportedly appeared “unsteady” after getting out of the car. She allegedly told cops she had “two wine cups” at Bar Tulia prior, and showed balance issues and difficult following directions during the field sobriety exams. She was then arrested, blowing 0.206 and 0.192 BAC in breathalyzer tests.
Colleen posted bail afterward and pleaded not guilty, with a trial set for July 29.
“The charges are being defended. Ms. Zenk has not been convicted of anything. The truth will be played out in court,” a representative said in response to the arrest report to People.
She previously got charged with DUI in 2017, and was arrested in 2010, facing DUI-related charges and an improper lane usage charge.
