Nick Viall’s wife, Natalie Joy, is looking forward to feeling her best after her twins arrive sometime this summer.
Joy, 27, got candid about her plans to get a mommy makeover while sitting down and chatting with plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow during a Wednesday, June 24, episode of the “Viall Files” podcast. “Well, I obviously, being pregnant for twins, am ready for my mommy makeover after,” Joy said, adding, “I have so many plastic surgery questions.”
Dr. Dubrow, 67, then clarified, “You’re not gonna do it until you’re done, done, right?” He added, “No mommy makeovers until you’re complete.”
“Not even a boob job?” Joy asked.
“Well, the general rule I tell people is, if you’re thinking of having kids in the next two years, don’t do it because it’s just gonna change everything,” the Botched star said.
Joy then joked that she has “so many appointments” that she has to “cancel.”
“OK,” she said with a sigh.
Joy and Viall, 45, first announced that they’re expecting twins via Instagram in February. “Our rainbow babies are finally ready to join us and this time it’s TWINS 🌈🌈,” they captioned in a joint post featuring a photo of their 2-year-old daughter River.
Joy’s pregnancy reveal comes after she experienced three miscarriages over the past year. Just two months after her first miscarriage, Joy shared via Instagram in March 2025 that she suffered her second.
“While mourning the loss of our second baby at the beginning of this year, I quickly and very unexpectedly found out I was pregnant again,” she wrote at the time. “It took some time for me to accept what had happened, only to be handed another chance so easily and so fast.”
She continued, “We were finally in a place of complete and utter gratitude. [Then], this past week, I miscarried again. I underwent a D&C this time, which was harder than I imagined.”

In August 2025, the Bachelor alum told their podcast listeners that Joy was taking some time for herself after suffering her third miscarriage.
“As you can see, Natalie is not with us. There’s no easy way to talk about this. … Sadly, Natalie experienced another miscarriage,” he explained. “It’s her third this year, our third this year. There’s no really good way to say it — it f***ing sucks. She’s obviously at home resting, healing, both physically and emotionally.”
