Jessie James Decker is proud of her progress after sticking to a workout regimen and fueling her body with the proper nutrition.

Decker, 38, showed off her ripped figure in a side-by-side pic via Instagram on Wednesday, June 18, sharing that she’s happier with her physique now than she was at 23 years old.

“Why? Lots of reasons!” she explained. “The biggest reason is I’ve had to work my ass off to get to where I am today. Sure, having that youthful body where you don’t have to do much and you stay ‘skinny’ was cool-ish, but the woman I am today blows that 23-year-old Jess away.”

In the first pic, Decker first posed in a green sports bra and coral shorts while holding a paddle racket. In the second photo, she showed off her abs and toned arms in a yellow bikini while lifting weights.

The singer continued, “There’s just something about working and earning something even better, especially after bearing children time after time and putting your body through so much! My goal has ALWAYS been getting stronger and getting toned (not skinny).”

Jessie James Decker got candid about struggling to embrace her postpartum body. “This video is as raw and real as it gets,” Decker, 38, captioned a reel of her physical transformation via Instagram on Sunday, June 14. “I’ve been anxious to share but here it goes.” “I’ve always been a naturally petite fit, could eat […]

Decker concluded her post by promoting her 21-day summer challenge, JJD Fit. “Strong and fueling your body right is the real flex! My 21 day challenge is only 3 weeks! All you need to do is just get started! I’m living proof that you can do it!”

The Kittenish founder previously opened up about not being able to recognize herself after gaining 55 pounds during each of her four pregnancies. (Jessie shares Vivianne, 12, Eric Jr., 10, Forrest, 8, and Denver, 2, with husband Eric Decker.)

“I’ve always been a naturally petite fit, could eat whatever I wanted and stay in shape kinda girl,” she wrote via Instagram earlier this week. “So when I got pregnant and gained over 55 pounds almost every single time, and it didn’t magically fall off afterward, I learned fast that I actually had to put in real effort and work my ass off to get back to where I wanted to be.”

Jessie admitted that she felt “uncomfortable” in her clothes so she decided to take action. “I know what it’s like to put in the work day after day, wonder if it’s ever going to happen, and feel completely defeated. I’ve had to do it four different times over a decade. But settling has never been something I do very well.”

She found motivation and success by starting a group chat with her sister, mom and best friend where they encouraged each other to work out and keep going, even on the “hard” days.
