In a recent interview Emilia got real about her feelings of losing an Emmy in 2019
“I’m embarrassed to admit that not winning an Emmy was a really significant thing. “Everyone’s over ‘Game of Thrones’ now — you’re old news.”
She skipped the after-parties and went home sad.
But the next day she gave herself a pep talk
[She would not] “behave that way again, I do not like that person”
[She needs to redefine success] “Because clearly. I have a 13-year-old’s idea of success.”
