KPop Demon Hunters is a big winner at the AMAs!
Rei Ami and EJAE, without their Huntr/x groupmate Audrey Nuna, stepped out at the 2026 American Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Monday (May 25) in Las Vegas.
The singing voices from the animated movie won Song of the Year for their song “Golden,” which also won Best Original Song this year at the Oscars.
Rei Ami and EJAE thanked the fans during their speech!
“This movie, this song is fueled by the fans. You guys seal the mood. The fact that this is voted by the fans, that’s what means so much. Thank you so much to the fans,” EJAE said.
Rei added, “I’m going to make this quick because I have to pee so bad. Okay. Omg, thank you so much. Oh wow! Thank you to all the fans that voted. KPop Demon Hunters would not be what it is without our passionate fandom.”
