Influencer Gabbie Gonzalez is set to be charged in an alleged conspiracy to kill Why Don’t We member Jack Avery, the father of her daughter.
TMZ reports that her father Francisco has also been booked for the same crime.

Influencer Gabbie Gonzalez and former ‘Why Don’t We’ member Jack Avery dated from 2018-2019 and have a 7-year-old daughter together.
Francisco Gonzalez, Gabbie’s father, has also been charged.
According to sources, they’d been involved in a lengthy custody battle.
Jack spoke last September about FBI agents showing up at his door informing him that someone was trying to have him killed.
