Christian Pulisic was in the middle of an alleged cheating scandal this week, but now his ex-girlfriend is backtracking on comments that seemingly caused the speculation.
The 27-year-old American soccer player started dating professional golfer Alexa Melton in 2024, but she revealed their breakup this week on social media.
After someone commented on Alexa‘s Instagram saying, “This generational fumble will be studied for years to come🔥,” she responded.

Sports Illustrated says that Alexa left multiple replies, including, “mans was on raya before it even ended,” “guess not fearing God enough,” and “how many likes to post his raya profile.”
Alexa later took to her Instagram Stories to clear up the rumors.
“I’ve made some comments on a private matter and it’s been taken out of context. I received false info. He is not a cheater. Any narrative beyond that is not mine. Out of respect for Christian’s and my privacy, I will not speak further regarding this matter,” Alexa said.
A screencap of Christian‘s Raya profile has been going viral on Twitter, but it appears the profile was from before his relationship with Alexa as his age is listed as 25.
