Jonathan Majors and his co-star JC Kilcoyne fell through a window on the set of the Daily Wire and Bonfire Legend’s untitled action movie. The accident occurred after the window was replaced with an unsecured sheet of tempered glass to be purposefully shattered in a later stunt; since the glass was not secured both actors fell six feet to the ground. Kilcoyne required stitches on his hands.
Crew working on the film organized a strike and claimed unsafe conditions; multiple workers corroborated incidents involving props falling onto crew, including a rigged tree branch that hit the set medic. Producers, when reached for comment about the strike, said they “don’t negotiate with communists.”
