90 Day: The Single Life star Kim Menzies is celebrating her health and fitness journey after losing 70 pounds.
“Losing 70 pounds has really helped my self-confidence! I have more energy and just feel good all around,” Menzies, 55, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Monday, March 9. “I used to despise shopping for clothes and now I love it!”
Over the weekend, the TLC reality star showcased her body transformation while posing in a Z Supply leopard skirt from Swirl Boutique.
“Started at 260 and I’m now 190!” she wrote via her Instagram Story on Saturday, March 7, with her latest look. “Going to lose 10 more lbs and keep my maintenance going to keep it off! Teeth are next! Let’s go! Proud of myself for my journey. Never thought I’d be here!”
According to Menzies, the stepping stone for her health journey began after she gained weight following the deaths of her mother and sister.
“I was not feeling healthy. I started my weight loss journey with Semaglutide in January 2024,” she explained. “With the Semaglutide, I had to learn portion control and healthier eating habits. I learned that I don’t have to eat everything on my plate and to stay hydrated! I also started walking three or four times a week, resistance training and riding my elliptical bike.”
According to the Mayo Clinic, Semaglutide injection is used together with diet and exercise to help lose weight and keep the weight off in patients with at least one weight-related medical condition.
The medicine is available only with your doctor’s prescription.

Fans first met Menzies when she appeared on season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2022 with Nigerian rapper, Usman “Sojaboy” Umar. The two originally met on social media and connected over music.
After the pair split following more than three years together, Menzies is back on reality TV and documenting her life in San Diego, California, on 90 Day: The Single Life.

When discussing her weight loss, Menzies shared that her health hasn’t had a big impact on her relationship status.
“Dating and my weight were never an issue because if someone doesn’t accept you for who you are, you don’t need to be with them anyway,” she said. “I’ve also done a lot of self-reflection with my weight loss journey. I did this for me and my overall health.”
