The arrest came from a capias warrant, which is a court-ordered arrest warrant issued when a person fails to appear in court, violates bond conditions, or fails to pay court-ordered fines and/or child support, also called a “bench warrant.”

He is being held at Knox County Jail on a $150,000 bond, per WVLT8. There are no further details regarding the charges.

Paul had launched a podcast Between The Horns following his Netflix reality TV show win where he spoke with some of the cast of the series.

Here’s a synopsis of the series: “In the extreme Alaskan wild, 16 survivalists compete for a chance to win a massive cash prize but these lone wolves must be part of a team to win.”

During his season, Paul won the $1 million prize, and split it with teammates Seth Lueker and Nick Radner. This story is still developing.
