Sarah Ferguson‘s companies are being shut down.
The 66-year-old former wife of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (Prince Andrew) is facing a shutdown of six of her companies as emails continue to surface featuring her correspondences with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including one in which she asked to work as his house assistant.

Applications were filed this month with Companies House, which incorporates and dissolves companies in the U.K., to strike the following companies from the register: S. Phoenix Events Limited, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Limited, Philanthrepreneur Limited and Planet Partners Productions Limited, People reports.
She is listed as the sole director of the six companies, and no creditors are owed money, according to the report.
S. Phoenix Events Limited is described on the Companies House website as being related to public relations and communications, and Fergie’s Farm is said to be a retail business.
Her whereabouts are currently unknown as her ex-husband was just jailed for suspicion of misconduct in public office.
