Jane Lynch and Katey Sagal are teaming up for a new project!
On Thursday (January 29), it was announced that NBC has ordered a pilot for a new multi-camera comedy series starring the two actresses.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the untitled series is inspired by the real-life friendship between therapists Pepper Schwartz and Janet Lever, who are serving as consulting producers on the project.
Keep reading to find out more… The logline reads, “Ginger (Sagal) and Jill (Lynch) have always been a team as opposites that work best together. As they sort their past and look toward their future, they’ll discover that in spite of it all, they wouldn’t change a thing.”
Along with starring in the pilot, Jane and Katey will also be serving as executive producers.
