Matt Kalil‘s attorneys have fired back at his ex-wife Haley Kalil‘s file to dismiss the lawsuit against her for discussing his penis size and other intimate details about their sex life in a November 2025 livestream.
In the legal documents obtained by TMZ, Haley‘s team accused Matt of cherry-picking her comments.
During the livestream, the 33-year-old influencer claimed that they had “specific anatomical incompatibility that rendered a normal sexual relationship impossible,” but that they had a “loving union that was ultimately hindered by an unfortunate physical incompatibility.”

She asked the judge to dismiss the suit, accusing Matt, 36, of trying to “hold a woman in the public eye civilly liable for providing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma she suffered and described as having led to the end of a highly publicized celebrity marriage with an NFL football star.”
In response, Matt‘s legal team shared in a statement to TMZ Sports that the dismissal motion “does not dispute the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that resulted in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” adding that a “spouse does not have a right to expose private and confidential marital and sexual details for the purpose of profiting.”
They anticipate that the motion to dismiss will be denied.
