-Nicki Minaj took to X on Sunday (Jan. 18) to attack former CNN anchor, Don Lemon, following his livestream from Cities Church in St. Paul. Demonstrators interrupted the service to protest the presence of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
-Her tweet read “DON ‘COCK SUCKIN’ LEMON IS DISGUSTING,” alongside an image of Chucky from Child’s Play. “HOW DARE YOU? I WANT THAT THUG IN JAIL!!!!! HE WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO ANY OTHER RELIGION. LOCK HIM UP!!!!!”
-Lemon responded on TMZ blasting Minaj “Nicki Minaj, stop talking about s*** for which you know nothing about. This is out of your depth. You are a homophobic bigot. You don’t care about African Americans and you’re not an African American. From what I know, you are reportedly an undocumented citizen so you should be deported under Donald Trump’s rules. Nicki Minaj should just sit the fuck down, and, by the way, isn’t she married to an alleged pedophile?” he said. “She has the nerve to say something disparaging, something homophobic? I’m pretty sure that maybe that’s part of the reason that she is cozying up to the Trump administration for some sort of leniency for her family members. And, it’s just very transparent. So, Nicki Minaj, eff off, stop being a homophobic bigot. And, you know, get a life and some brains.”
