Nikki Glaser is paying tribute to Rob Reiner.
The 41-year-old comedian returned as host for the second year in a row of the 2026 Golden Globes on Sunday (January 11) at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.
In the final moments of the show, Nikki honored the late filmmaker.
Keep reading to find out more…Nikki came out on stage wearing wearing a glittering silver-and-black gown that she topped off with a black cap bearing the logo for the fictional Spinal Tap band, who appeared in Rob’s 1984 music industry mockumentary This Is Spinal Tap.
“Well, that’s our show. This one went to 11,” said Nikki, referencing a famous scene in the comedy film, which saw Rob as documentary filmmaker Marty DiBergi interviewing guitarist Nigel Tufnel (Christopher Guest) about an amplifier that’s volume goes to 11 instead of 10.
Rob and his wife Michele passed away last month, with their son Nick, 32, arrested, charged, and being called “responsible” for the deaths.
Just a few days ago, Nick‘s attorney quit right before his latest court appearance.
