Shake Shack is kicking off 2026 with a fresh approach to comfort food, unveiling its new “Good Fit” menu—designed for guests looking to prioritize protein without sacrificing flavor.
According to the popular burger chain, the menu focuses on high-protein, goal-friendly options that take the guesswork out of ordering.
In a press release, Shake Shack explained, “Think high-protein (up to 52g!), gluten-free, vegetarian, and GLP-1–friendly choices, all without the guesswork. We’ve done the work of modifying your Shack favorites, so you don’t have to, putting satisfying options right at your fingertips with just a few clicks. Because meeting your goals should never mean sacrificing the flavor and quality you expect from Shake Shack.”
According to Shake Shack, the Good Fit Menu includes:
- Single ShackBurger Lettuce Wrap: A made-to-order quarter pound* per patty of 100% Angus beef with American cheese, tomato, and ShackSauce in a lettuce wrap (gluten-free).
- Chicken Shack Lettuce Wrap: Antibiotic-free, hand-breaded, white-meat chicken breast over pickles, and buttermilk herb mayo in a lettuce wrap.
- Gluten-Free Double ShackBurger: Two made-to-order quarter-pound* per patty of 100% Angus beef with American cheese, tomato, and ShackSauce on a gluten-free bun.
