There were some big shakeups in TV news this year.
In January and February of 2025 alone, we saw 9 anchors depart! In April, a fan favorite name moved to a new network.
In October 2025, another nightly news star has joined this list.
Then, in December, we added another nightly news anchor to the list.
Some of these anchor exits were announced months in advance, while a few came as a surprise to viewers. Some were let go, while others left on their own.
