JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are officially parents!
The former Bachelorette star and her husband welcomed their baby girl, Romy Blair Rodgers, just before Christmas. The new parents shared that Romy arrived on December 23 following an unexpected emergency C-section.
JoJo announced the news on Instagram on December 25, posting a photo of Jordan asleep beside their newborn. She wrote, “Merry Christmas to us 🥹❤️ What a whirlwind these last couple of days have been but in the most magical way. Went in for our weekly sonogram this past Tuesday and found out we needed to deliver via emergency c section that day.”
She continued, “At 5:37pm on Dec 23 – we met our girl. Romy Blair Rodgers you are our whole world. Cant wait to share more but in the meantime soaking up these moments as a new family of 3 ❤️ + 2 😉 🐶🐶.” Jordan reposted the announcement on his Instagram Stories and added, “Santa really upped his game this year.”
The couple, who married in 2022 after meeting on The Bachelorette in 2016, announced JoJo was pregnant in late August. At the time, they revealed Romy was their rainbow baby, writing, “We love you so much already, our sweet rainbow baby. 🌈🕊️Baby Rodgers coming January 2026 🤍.”
Leading up to Romy’s arrival, JoJo shared that trying to conceive hadn’t been easy. In a November interview with People, she explained, “Our pregnancy journey has definitely been a mix of emotions. It wasn’t as easy as we had hoped to conceive, and that journey came with its hard moments—times that left me feeling really discouraged and uncertain. So when we finally got the news, it truly was the greatest blessing.”
JoJo and Jordan always planned to start a family but pushed their timeline back after postponing their wedding twice due to the pandemic. “We were supposed to get married in 2020 and then we were going to wait a year or two before having kids,” JoJo previously told PEOPLE. She added, “Now that we’ve had the couple of years, I think the conversation of starting to plan our family is at the forefront of our lives. I’m a new aunt and Jordan is about to be a new uncle and the idea of kids is something that’s really exciting to me.”
