If you’re looking for movies to watch on Netflix in November, there’s an abundance to choose from.
One of the best things about the streamer is its lineup of films from other studios, including a few that didn’t always get their due in theaters.
Watch With Us has reviewed the new films for the month and narrowed them down to the four underrated Netflix movies you need to watch in November 2025.
It’s an eclectic lineup, but there should be something for most movie fans to enjoy.
‘Labyrinth’ (1986)
If you’ve ever wondered what dark Muppets look like, Labyrinth gave Jim Henson the space for some of the most unsettling creations to come out of his creature shop. Henson didn’t live long enough to see this box-office flop go from a cautionary tale to one of the most beloved cult films of the ’80s. A lot of the film’s appeal came down to David Bowie‘s performance as Jareth the Goblin King and Jennifer Connelly‘s great turn in her first starring role.
Connelly plays Sarah Williams, a teenager who resents having to take care of her infant half-brother, Toby (Toby Froud). Sarah is horrified when her wish to send Toby to the goblins is granted by Jareth. To save her brother from an eternity as a goblin, Sarah agrees to Jareth’s challenge and enters the world of the Labyrinth. If Sarah makes the wrong choices, then neither she nor Toby will ever return to the human world again.

‘Moulin Rouge!’ (2001)
Before he was making movies about Elvis Presley or Jay Gatsby, Baz Luhrmann directed Moulin Rouge!, a dazzling and style jukebox musical that was set nearly 100 years before the film’s release date. Ewan McGregor stars as Christian, a young writer and performer who travels to Paris to join a troop led by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (John Leguizamo).
Christian may love the stage, but his heart is stolen when he first catches a glimpse of Satine (Nicole Kidman), the star performer of the Moulin Rouge cabaret. It takes some convincing for Satine to reciprocate his feelings, especially since she’s trapped under the thumb of the cabaret’s owner, Harold Zidler (Jim Broadbent). Harold wants to force Satine to seduce the wealthy and powerful Duke of Monroth (Richard Roxburgh) at the cost of her soul and her dreams. Satine and Christian will have to fight for their love, and it may not be enough to save them.
Moulin Rouge! is streaming on Netflix.
‘King Richard’ (2021)
Shortly after Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars, his performance as Richard Williams in King Richard finally earned him the Academy Award for Best Actor. He still won’t be able to go back to the Oscars for a few years, though. Williams’ claim to fame is through his two daughters, Venus (Saniyya Sidney) and Serena Williams (Demi Singleton), both of whom went on to legendary careers as tennis players.
The film follows the Williams family as Richard and his wife, Oracene “Brandy” Price (Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor), practically will their daughters into becoming superstars. Richard doesn’t make many friends along the way, and his single-minded ambition for his daughters threatens to divide the family at times.

If you love action movies, Netflix will keep you busy in November with a fantastic lineup to enjoy. Having said that, Edge of Tomorrow and Plane are both set to leave Netflix in the near future. ‘Charlie’s Angels’ (2000)
There is a more recent reboot of Charlie’s Angels, but this is the really fun one. Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu were worthy successors to the Charlie’s Angels stars of the ’70s, while John Forsythe reprises his role as Charlie Townsend, the unseen millionaire who runs the Angels’ private investigation agency.
Bill Murray, who plays the Angels’ ally John Bosley, reportedly clashed with Liu during the making of the film. And yet none of that tension is apparent on-screen. It’s just a breezy and entertaining time as the current generation of Angels uncover a plot to assassinate Charlie. And they’ve inadvertently revealed Charlie’s whereabouts to his enemies.
