Justin Baldoni’s $400 Million countersuit against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds is over.
The countersuit was ended by a judge after Baldoni’s team failed to file an amended complaint by its deadline. This was after the judge dismissed their case back in June.
Baldoni was suing for defamation and extortion. His other $200 million defamation lawsuit against the New York Times was also dismissed in June.
Blake Livley has sued Baldoni and members of Wayfarer Studios for sexual harassment and retaliation. That trial starts in March 2026.
