Alessandra Ambrosio stepped out onto the red carpet this week alongside her 17-year-old daughter, Anja Ambrosio Mazur, in a rare public appearance. The Brazilian model was also accompanied by her boyfriend, jewelry designer Buck Palmer.
According to E! News, Ambrosio and her daughter were attending a screening of the historical political thriller The Secret Agent at the Bravo Film Festival in Los Angeles on October 19.
For the occasion, Ambrosio wore a long sleeved white gown with sheer mermaid detailing in the skirt and minimal accessories. She paired the dress with a chic cream-colored handbag and open-toed heels.
For her part, Anja, who the 44-year-old shares with her ex-fiancé Jamie Mazur, wore a long black keyhole style dress with a matching bag and Gucci platform heels. Ambrosio likewise has a 13-year-old son with Mazur, Noah Ambrosio Mazur.
Meanwhile, they were also joined on the red carpet by Palmer, who matched the pair’s respective monochromatic looks with an all-black suit and silver jewelry.
In August 2024, Ambrosio shared an Instagram tribute to Anja to mark her sweet 16th birthday.
“Today marks a major milestone in your journey to becoming an extraordinary woman,” she wrote. “I couldn’t be more proud of the incredible person you’re growing up to be—strong, kind, intelligent, creative, and beautiful inside and out. Your sensitivity, work ethic, and determination to chase your dreams inspire me every day.”
Ambrosio said that as her mom, she felt grateful to witness her daughter’s growth and evolution.
“I promise to always be here for you, to love you unconditionally, guide you with compassion, and hold your hand through life’s ups and downs,” she continued. “Here’s to many more years of love, laughter, and adventure! May your birthday be as bright and wonderful as you are. I love you more than words can express, now and forever.”
The red carpet appearance came just days after Ambrosio made a surprise appearance at the 2025 Victoria’s Secret runway show on October 15. She previously served as a Victoria’s Secret Angel for the brand from 2004 until she formally retired in 2017.
The model walked the catwalk in barely-there lingerie with criss-cross detailing across the torso, along with an oversized pair of golden wings.
“Alessandra Ambrosio always serves legacy energy,” the brand accurately captioned a post of her strut. Perhaps one day, Anya will follow in her famous mom’s footsteps with a pair of her own wings.
