Rachel Accurso, best known as the children’s Youtube creator Ms. Rachel and for her self-named Netflix show Ms. Rachel, recently shared a relatable confession that many mothers will understand.
In a video shared on her Instagram account, where she has over 3.8 million followers, the 42-year-old opened up about needing a little help when it comes to keeping her children busy on a recent flight they took.
In the Instagram video, the mother of two spoke about an “embarrassing” moment that took place earlier that day during a long flight.
“I have a confession. This is embarrassing to admit,” she said. “We took the kids on a three-and-a-half-hour plane ride. I sang so many songs to Susie for two hours, okay? I basically did the Ms. Rachel live show for two hours. Daddy was amazing. He did the Mr. Aron live show.”
The beloved content creator then let out a deep sigh and finally got the confession off her chest, “I had to put on the real show,” she admitted.
“Yeah, I had to put on Baby Learning for my own baby on the plane. And she liked it much better than the live show,” Ms. Rachel continued.
To make things even more hilarious, she added that the woman sitting next to her was stunned by how calming the show was for her daughter, and even told her, “Wow, your baby is so transfixed on that show,” seemingly not realizing she was talking to Ms. Rachel, herself.
It’s comforting to know that even Ms. Rachel needs a little help with her kids sometimes and let’s be honest, a bit of screen time never hurt anyone, right? In this case, it just so happened that the show saving the day was her own.
This confession comes after Ms. Rachel recently shared a photo of her daughter on Instagram, adding a heart emoji over her son Thomas’s face and telling fans she plans to stop posting photos of her two children altogether.
In the candid post, she joked in the caption, “Parents understand — ‘Vacation!’ 🤣 Wouldn’t have it any other way! My worlds! 🌎🌎 (I will stop sharing her face too when she looks less like a baby 💞).”
Ms. Rachel’s Netflix series just returned for its second season, which premiered last week on September 1st. With season one landing in Netflix’s Top 10 spot and attracting millions of viewers, anticipation has been high for the show’s return.
