Mariah Carey just served up the most deliciously unbothered response when asked about Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez‘s lavish Venice wedding festivities.
The iconic diva, 56, was living her best life in Malibu during Independence Day weekend when paparazzi tried to get her thoughts on the billionaire’s big day.
“What did you think about Jeff Bezos’s wedding?” a photographer called out to Mariah as she strutted past with her squad. Mariah’s iconic response: “I wasn’t there.”
The star-studded wedding on June 27 was packed with A-listers, but Mariah clearly wasn’t on the guest list. When pressed further with “Were you not invited or what?” Mariah shut it down with: “Oh, don’t turn this into that.”
