Megan Thee Stallion and Roc Nation must keep fighting legal claims from a cameraman who says he was forced to watch the rapper have sex in a car during a European tour.

In their bid to dismiss the case, Megan and Roc Nation have called Emilio Garcia a “con artist” and deny that the star forced him to watch her have sex with a woman inside a moving car while on tour in Ibiza, Spain, in 2022.

Judge Woods says the cameraman, who is gay, “plausibly pleads that the alleged sexual encounter in the SUV in Ibiza created a hostile work environment based on plaintiff’s sexual orientation.”

“Plaintiff asks the court to draw the inference that ‘[Megan] would not have engaged in group sex with other women in front of a heterosexual male’; that ‘[Megan] felt comfortable engaging in group sex with other women in front of plaintiff because of plaintiff’s sexuality and gender,’” writes the judge.

“This is not an unreasonable inference to draw from the facts alleged. Therefore, plaintiff has plausibly pleaded that he experienced the alleged inferior conditions of his employment on account of his sexual orientation.”

Garcia says he was later fired from Megan’s entourage and “blackballed” from working elsewhere in the entertainment industry.

Nicki Minaj took it upon herself to chime in on social media resharing the article saying, “What was the name of that law again???????? Karma’s Law? Touch not my anointed law? Vengeance is the Lord’s law? We give God the glory & he’s only just begun. Have a blessed day if you can. lol the blogs posting lies, thank you. More money for me. We’re working. Trust.”

Shortly after Nicki’s set of tweets Cardi B randomly saying, “Shut the f*** up”, and “Get off the internet…ENOUGH!!” thus leading fans to speculate the tweets were towards Nicki.
