Blake Lively is declaring a “total victory after all” over Justin Baldoni following his decision to not refile his lawsuit against her.
As you probably know, Blake accused her It Ends With Us co-star and director of sexual harassment and organizing a smear campaign against her in a lawsuit that she filed a few months ago. He responded by filing a countersuit against her and husband Ryan Reynolds, plus another lawsuit against The New York Times.
Justin‘s lawyer just announced that the actor and director is not amending his lawsuit after the judge dismissed his $400 million countersuit against Blake. He’s not giving up with his fight though and says he “will be pursuing additional legal options that are available to us.”
Now, Blake‘s rep is reacting to the news.

“The Court dismissed the frivolous $400 million Baldoni-Wayfarer lawsuit in its entirety. In the days that followed, Baldoni’s lawyer said the judge’s decision to dismiss their case was not a big deal as they promised to amend and refile it. As per usual, that was not true. The Court’s dismissal of Baldoni’s sham lawsuit was a total victory after all,” Blake‘s rep told JustJared.com in a statement.
Blake‘s lawsuit is still ongoing and Justin‘s legal team is attempting to get her private conversations with a very famous friend.
