It was previously reported that Anne was found unresponsive by her husband on the morning of her death.
According to a document viewed by The New York Times, the celebrity chef’s body was found “surrounded by approximately (100) assorted pills.” Because of the pills that she was found near, it’s being reported that Anne‘s death is being investigated as a potential drug overdose.
The publication also reports that an autopsy has been completed, but that the findings are still pending and have not yet been released to the public.
