Riley Gaines made a personal announcement over the weekend.
The 25-year-old revealed she is pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Louis Barker while on stage at Turning Point USA’s Young Women’s Leadership Summit on Saturday (June 14) in Dallas, Tex.
This comes less than a week after her Twitter/X beef with Olympic gymnast Simone Biles.

While speaking at the event, Riley brought up Simone, saying, “I think the funniest thing about this to me is her saying, ‘Bully someone your own size,’ which would ironically be a man.”
She made her way to a podium and added, “How many men do you know that have this?” as she proceeded to show ultrasound photos and cradled her baby bump to roaring cheers from the crowd.
Riley then shared the news on social media.
“surprise! we’re 26 weeks pregnant! God is SO good all the time,” she wrote on Instagram.
She added on Twitter/X that she is expecting a baby girl in September.
“There’s something so special and providential about having a little girl,” she wrote. “She’s everything I’ve been fighting for & the little girl we’ve prayed over for years 🩷 praise God!”
